Being a parent to young children an be exhausting, but you don’t have to struggle by yourself. Having a professional sleep coach may be the right solution. Parents assume sleeping is a developmental milestone that comes naturally. But in reality, developing healthy sleep habits is a learned skill. It is important for parents to feel empowered when coaching their child to learn independent sleep habits.
How I can Help
Every family’s sleep needs are different. Here are a few ways I can help yours get a full night’s rest.
Sleep Coaching for All Children
Together, we’ll get your infant, toddler, or preschooler the sleep they need.
Phone or In-Home Consultations
We can make a plan by phone or video chat, and during the coronavirus pandemic, I can conduct virtual home assessments.
Custom Plans
Get a personalized sleep plan based on your family’s needs & goals.
A Gentle Approach
As a Gentle Sleep Coach, I offer an alternative philosophy to parents who resist the idea of leaving their baby alone to cry it out. As we work together to teach your child to sleep, you will always be able to respond to them in a loving and supportive way.
Newborns through preschool
I work with newborns, infants, and toddlers through preschool.
Siblings
Twins, multiples, or more than one child having sleep trouble? No problem. We’ll sort it out.
On-Call Advice
Optional Email, Phone, and Text advice follow-up packages are available so you can get help when you need it.
Overnight Support
I’m available to be your overnight lifeline if you want extra support for those challenging situations.

How It Works
We create an individualized, step-by-step sleep plan together, and I will coach you through the process from beginning to end to ensure yours is a rested family.
Why It Works
When parents are part of the planning process and have the on-going support from a coach, it is easier for them to commit to the plan, follow through with consistency, and achieve success.
Time Commitment
Once a plan is implemented, most parents see improvement within the first three days and most children are sleeping through the night in 1-3 weeks.
Crying
When it comes to making a big change like sleep coaching, it is natural for children to protest. But with our Gentle approach to Sleep Coaching, we’ll minimize the amount of tears from your child (and you).
Co-sleeping & Nursing
My customized sleep plans are designed to respect your family dynamics, minimize tears, and maximize your ability to be consistent.
